A voucher for a selected treatment is a great gift idea for a loved one or a nice reward for your employee. It remains valid for one year! You can pay by transfer and buy an e-voucher online or come to the YA Spa to pick-up a paper gift voucher.

Regulamin
1. The gift voucher is one of the accepted forms of payment for the services provided at YA Spa Asian Massages Parlour in Poznań.

2. Gift vouchers can be purchased online by making a transfer to YA Spa bank account or directly at our Spa paying by card or in cash.

3. Gift vouchers can be used several times, depending on their value or the number of treatments purchased. All arrangements can be made with the Spa personnel during your visit.

4. E-vouchers can be purchased by e-mail, whereas paper vouchers can be sent by post, (with the additional cost of courier services) or picked up in person at our Spa.

5. Clients who received a gift voucher and want to use our services have to schedule an appointment in advance. A visit in our Spa can be arranged in person, by phone / e-mail or by completing a form at yaspa.pl. All contact details are available in the “Contact” tab.

6. Clients who want to pay for the massage with a gift voucher are required to produce it at the reception desk before the planned treatment.

7. The gift voucher cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Moreover, if the price of the treatment is lower than the value of the gift voucher, it is not possible to refund the balance in cash.

8. If the voucher holder wants to purchase additional services, the balance can be paid in cash.

9. The voucher expiry date. The gift voucher is valid for one year of the purchase date.

10. Gift vouchers issued for specific services can be used by one person only. A voucher of a particular monetary value or vouchers for couples can be used by the named holder and his/her companion – e.g. a friend or partner.

11. Personal vouchers can be used by a different person after prior arrangement with our personnel.

12. The appointment can be booked for any date available, without any restrictions. However, due to the high interest in our services, we suggest that you contact us 2 or 3 days in advance.
