YA Spa Gift Voucher Regulations
1. A gift voucher (voucher or invitation) is one of the accepted forms of payment for services performed at the YA Spa Asian Massages salon in Poznań.
2. The voucher (voucher/invitation) can be purchased online by making a payment to the YA Spa company account or directly at the massage salon by card or cash.
3. The voucher (voucher/invitation) can be used multiple times – depending on its value or the number of purchased treatments. All arrangements in this regard can be made during a visit with the salon staff.
4. Vouchers (vouchers/invitations) can be purchased in electronic form via email or in paper form: by post (courier shipping cost must then be added) or picked up in person at our massage salon at ul. Nowowiejskiego 3 in the center of Poznań.
5. Persons who have received a voucher (voucher/invitation) as a gift and wish to use selected services must book an appointment at our salon in advance. This can be done in person, by phone/email.
6. Clients who wish to pay for their visit using a gift voucher (voucher/invitation) are required to present it at the salon reception before the scheduled treatment.
7. The voucher (voucher/invitation) cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Furthermore, it is not possible to receive a cash refund for the difference in the value of the performed treatment if it is lower than the value of the voucher. This difference will be credited towards subsequent treatments.
8. If the person using the voucher (voucher/invitation) wishes to purchase additional services, they may pay the difference by card or cash.
9. Validity period: the voucher (voucher/invitation) can be used within one year from the date of its purchase.
10. When a voucher (voucher/invitation) is issued for specific services, only one person may use it. A monetary voucher or a voucher for couples’ treatments may be used by the recipient and their companion – e.g., a friend/partner.
11. If the voucher (voucher/invitation) is personalized, it may be used by another person after prior consultation with the salon staff.
12. Reservations can be made for any available date without any restrictions. However, due to high interest in our services, we suggest contacting us 2-3 days in advance.
